Senior Program Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist (AvOps).

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships and identify opportunities for customers while developing solutions for contracts
• Consult with aviation clients to address complex operational challenges and lead client engagements
• Collaborate with project managers to create comprehensive program plans and monitor financial status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of related experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the airline/aerospace industry
• 7-10 years in an aviation operations management role, ideally at a director level or above
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction
• Understanding of industry regulations, primarily EASA and/or FAA
