Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager responsible for managing complex statewide testing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and documents project scope, goals, deliverables, and plans in collaboration with state education department leadership
• Anticipates risks and develops mitigation strategies while managing project tasks and responsibilities among team members
• Conducts project post-implementation meetings to document outcomes and ensure quality standards are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (8+ years of relevant experience preferred)
• Experience with English language proficiency assessment or large-scale assessment highly preferred
• Experience working with senior-level clients, government stakeholders, and educators preferred
• PMP certification highly preferred
