Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional delivery operations, the full-time Senior Program Manager will coordinate software delivery across a portfolio of scientific software products for drug discovery and development in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Management to translate strategic priorities and customer requirements into executable delivery plans
• Lead agile program execution across multiple software delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Coordinate release planning processes, ensuring software releases are delivered on schedule and within agreed scope parameters

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Agile Delivery within SaaS or scientific software organizations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional software delivery initiatives involving APIs and multi-team dependencies
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies or hybrid agile delivery frameworks
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
