Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for contract performance and team coordination, the full-time Senior Program Manager will lead program delivery in a remote environment, guiding product strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication for all program workstreams
• Own product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contract scope
• Lead key delivery decisions, balancing impact, budget, staffing, and risk while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant program management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading successful delivery across product, design, and technical domains
• 4+ years managing technology service delivery projects in a public sector or commercial contracting environment
• Ability to manage all aspects of program performance across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation
