Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying key results for each function and their inter-dependencies
• Driving planning for key drug development stage-gate decision points
• Implementing standard methodologies and ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience in a Healthcare-related field OR Master's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Project Management experience
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of relevant educational and professional training experience
• 8+ years proven experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field
• 4+ years experience in a drug development Project Management role
• Basic to solid understanding of functions relevant to the position such as Research, Preclinical, Clinical, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Regulatory
