Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (New Construction) to lead the planning and launch of complex new products and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of complex, high-impact, cross-functional product and process improvements
• Define program goals and maintain project documentation, including schedules and communication plans
• Hold team members accountable to assigned tasks and monitor project progress

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Program Manager in a tech environment managing large projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work through ambiguous problems
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative cross-team environment
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management education
• Commitment to operational excellence and delivering quality work
