Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Customer Services and Support Readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and readiness of customer services for new products and services globally
  • Manage program scope, schedules, stakeholder lists, processes, and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and manage risks, driving strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology-focused roles, particularly in program or technical program management
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud technologies; SaaS experience is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred
  • Experience in Customer Support or Services Introduction within the Technology industry is required
