Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead digital services projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Five years of experience in project management or related fields supporting digital solutions
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP or similar, and experience with tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow preferred
• Demonstrated experience with design thinking and journey mapping
