Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of EPMO frameworks across multi-industry portfolios
• Establish governance models to ensure compliance and accountability across enterprise programs
• Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of complex programs and special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in program or portfolio management
• Deep experience in leading transformation initiatives across Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive sectors
• Recognized authority with the ability to influence technical and business leaders
• Expert-level proficiency in project management software and governance tools
