Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the Unified Quality Enforcement Program
• Act as the primary liaison between the Community Blueprint team and various functions, facilitating communication and collaboration
• Oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of quality enforcement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role
• Proven experience in strategic program management with a strong track record
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and collaboration software
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate processes
