Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes moderate to complex problems and provides direction on overall program plans and goals
• Develops budget forecasts, conducts analyses, and communicates findings to various levels of management
• Responsible for deliverables within the program implementation plan and develops new reports to provide business insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Program Management
• Advanced knowledge of Program Management principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects under demanding time constraints
• Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams effectively
• Solid understanding of LEAN practices and familiarity with the energy industry
