Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager - E2E Enterprise Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate E2E enterprise planning strategy into structured, executable programs
• Define and oversee program roadmap, governance model, KPIs, budget, and resource planning
• Monitor execution metrics and drive engagement with senior leadership and executive sponsors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in E2E planning/supply chain, including 3-5 years in senior roles
• Strong command of hybrid program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)
• Proven ability to influence across levels and functions without direct authority
• Experience in the branded consumer products, retail, supply chain, or apparel industry is highly desirable
