Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Develop program plans, track dependencies, and manage risks to delivery
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and resolve challenges

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in software development or product delivery
• Proven success in managing multi-functional initiatives with global teams
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar
