• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
• Expertise in program management, risk mitigation, and systems thinking methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
• Understanding of business operations and best practices within Sales and Customer Success functions
