Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager I - Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new logo implementation programs, guiding customers through each stage of the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain program/project schedules, coordinating activities and updates for project deliverables
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate program status to stakeholders while maintaining necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in financial services or SAAS software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and maintain a portfolio within scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial performance
