Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large-scale, complex programs and projects
• Prepare and analyze program budgets, coordinating funding from multiple sources
• Lead program teams, conduct research, and develop reports to support initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of program management experience required
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience required
• Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
