Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Rising Scholars Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Rising Scholars Network TAP Regional Coordinators to ensure alignment in strategic planning and project execution
• Supervise junior staff and project support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Interface with Chancellor's Office leadership to prioritize system policy research and attend relevant meetings and events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management
• At least 2 years of staff management or team leadership experience
• Familiarity with the California Community Colleges and Rising Scholars Network framework
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, or statewide reform implementation preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and staff across diverse teams
