Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring effective communication and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of projects, including concept design, testing, and deployment
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Support program budget management and track detailed schedules while monitoring scope changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience with technical projects, DoD acquisitions, and agile software/hardware development
• Experience in a managerial role, including mentoring and developing high-visibility briefings
• Ability to evaluate contractor proposals and understand system requirements
• Secret clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
