Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Construction Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team, overseeing training, development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily activities and manage large cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Develop solutions with stakeholders and create routine PMO reports for project tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational and advanced math skills
