Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for Healthcare Construction Projects (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team and oversee daily activities, including training, performance evaluations, and task assignments
• Lead large cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and issues are resolved
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, creating and distributing routine project management reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
