Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead Agile Release Trains and support the rollout of the Scaled Agile Framework across its product development organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities and dependencies
• Facilitate key ART ceremonies and track progress toward Program Increment (PI) objectives
• Coordinate across multiple agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a software development environment
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile Release Trains or large-scale agile programs, preferably in a SAFe environment
• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent practical experience leading ARTs
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience with agile planning tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
