Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead Agile Release Trains and support the rollout of the Scaled Agile Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile Release Train (ART) activities and facilitate key ceremonies
Guide the organization through SAFe transformation and coach teams on agile practices
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and services

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in program or project management in software development
3+ years leading Agile Release Trains or large-scale agile programs in a SAFe environment
SAFe RTE certification or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and their practical application
Experience with agile planning tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
