Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage the delivery of Adobe Fonts & Type programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute quarterly roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives to align with business goals
• Identify and address process gaps, driving innovations for improved efficiency and standardization across teams
• Lead the comprehensive execution and delivery of high-impact initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program or project management roles
• Experience in design, typography, or similar fields within the creative industry is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across diverse organizational units
• Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, based on data and unbiased judgment
