Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OCI overlay program strategy sessions and manage cross-functional overlay initiatives
• Identify and spearhead process and tooling initiatives to enhance operational consistency
• Mentor and grow a team of technical program managers to align with overlay program needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management
• Proven experience organizing and managing multiple, matrixed teams and initiatives
• Direct people management and mentoring experience is preferred
• Experience planning and leading strategic, organization-wide initiatives
• Technical understanding of cloud technologies and industry best practices
