Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-impact program within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, execution, and delivery across interconnected projects supporting CMS data collection and modernization
• Manage 20-30 staff across multiple teams, ensuring coordination and performance
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for CMS leadership, preparing reports and updates for government executives

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or contracts within HHS / CMS
• Extensive knowledge of CMS contract requirements and SDLC methodologies
• Strong understanding of federal healthcare information management and Medicare/Medicaid workflows
• Experience overseeing automated data collection systems and working with large healthcare datasets
