Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead CRM and email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of CRM and email marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery
• Coordinate requirements across various teams to ensure a clear campaign vision and execution
• Oversee the development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns, including managing workflow for segmentation and targeting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital agencies
• Demonstrated expertise in email development methodologies and best practices
• Advanced experience with project management tools (Smartsheet and Workfront preferred)
• Ability to craft and define complex project plans based on assumptions
• Effective systems thinking and conflict resolution skills
