Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Technical.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management of CPQ requirements, including implementation and user enablement
• Manage design and delivery of customized workflows and approval configurations aligned with business needs
• Lead global project tracking using Jira and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or related field
• Five years of experience applying Agile methodologies in program and project management
• Four years of experience with Business Intelligence tools and optimizing business processes
• Three years of experience integrating CRM and ERP systems and working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
