Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Enterprise Data & Intelligence Platforms / Teammate).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights
• Drive the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions to optimize inventory flow and maximize product availability
• Ensure comprehensive project planning and manage risks while fostering collaboration and communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in Data and Analytics, with a focus on AI-enabled supply chain initiatives
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and workflow transformation in a retail context
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Aha! are preferred
• Advanced certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus
