Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Engineering Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive milestone plans for engineering workstreams
• Manage resource allocation and track project progress across engineering teams
• Establish and maintain engineering metrics and generate status reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or engineering operations
• Proven track record managing complex engineering initiatives in a software product company
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with project management tools and data visualization platforms
