Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for AI Customer Engineering Systems Debug.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer debug engagements for comprehensive datacenter platforms
• Lead the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting tools for program status and quality trends
• Define and analyze key program and customer quality metrics using bug tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or Engineering
• 12+ years of applicable experience, including in GPU technologies and customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated expertise in program management methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and dashboard creation tools
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and process improvements
