Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Planning Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and coordination of medium to large technology programs involving multiple teams
• Monitor program progress, manage interdependencies, identify risks, and report to stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of program management and agile best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technology environment
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or in a senior agile role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Deep expertise in program & agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• Proven delivery management skills for complex programs
