Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
• Strong experience in leading cross-functional programs with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, and Looker for managing work and tracking progress
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead initiatives from definition through execution
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in implementations, operations, or success programs
