A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Sales Programs (Transformational).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program scoping, planning, and execution for strategic projects to enhance customer and employee experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year institution
• 6-8 years of program management, management consulting, or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of launching transformational initiatives that improve customer experience
• Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery
• Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data
