Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, People Programs & Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable onboarding program that enhances productivity and fosters a strong culture
- Develop and manage comprehensive people programs ensuring consistency and repeatability in learning and development
- Drive effective communication strategies that facilitate organizational change and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects within People, HR, or Employee Experience
- Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse workforces
- Advanced project management skills, including roadmapping and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management experience with a focus on company-wide communications
- Experience using data to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
