Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, People Programs & Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding program that enhances productivity and fosters a strong culture
  • Develop and manage comprehensive people programs ensuring consistency and repeatability in learning and development
  • Drive effective communication strategies that facilitate organizational change and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects within People, HR, or Employee Experience
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse workforces
  • Advanced project management skills, including roadmapping and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with a focus on company-wide communications
  • Experience using data to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
