Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level programs involving multiple interdependent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-project initiatives
• Manage program budgets exceeding $1M and oversee financial performance
• Present program status and risks to C-suite executives and facilitate decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience
• Proven track record managing programs with budgets exceeding $1M
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira and strong experience with Planview or similar PPM tools
