Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex natural capital programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery, managing timelines, risks, and cross-workstream alignment
• Act as the primary interface with external partners, building trusted relationships and managing expectations
• Coordinate across functional teams to ensure aligned execution and contribute to operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, particularly with large, multi-stakeholder programs
• Proven track record of managing programs with significant budgets and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience in technology delivery, operational execution, and scientific components
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory
