Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of Project Managers and oversee project assignments, ensuring strategic alignment
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Project Managers while ensuring compliance with client processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project briefs and manage project budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred
• 10+ years of experience in multi-channel project management
• 10+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in a pharmaceutical agency
• Experience with Workfront and JIRA
• Demonstrated experience in team management
