Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee project management efforts and lead a team within a pharmaceutical marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of Project Managers and oversee project assignments while ensuring strategic alignment
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Project Managers, facilitating onboarding and professional development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project briefs, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and processes

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred
• 10+ years of experience in multi-channel project management and creative production
• Experience in a pharmaceutical agency
• Proficiency in Workfront and JIRA
• Demonstrated team management experience
