Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning efforts, ensuring integration and successful delivery of defined value and outcomes
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to foster positive relationships and communication
• Manage program risk and issue identification, escalating as necessary and implementing solutions to overcome challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in program management
• Over 2 years of experience in planning and managing matrix resources
• Experience in managing cross-functional workstreams and change management methodologies
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving business goals
