Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product introductions, renovations, and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resources while managing project timelines and deliverables
• Drive technical readiness reviews and maintain core technical documentation, ensuring product quality and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program or product management within consumer products or related fields
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programs
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees preferred
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is preferred
