Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Capacity Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end capacity management strategy across the fulfillment network
• Build and continuously improve capacity, throughput, and scenario models for planning decisions
• Lead complex, cross-functional capacity initiatives with significant business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or large-scale operations preferred
