Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Remote in USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic client implementations, revenue recognition, and inventory management
• Act as a liaison between client engagement and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop tools and training initiatives for the client engagement team

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Health Insurance, Government, Client Service/Business to Business, or Health Policy sectors
• 4+ years of project management experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field
• Experience working with medical claims, eligibility, and databases
