• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage a team of project managers, ensuring balanced workloads and appropriate resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5-7+ years of project management experience in regulated consumer skincare
• Demonstrated success in managing complex development programs through regulatory and commercial milestones
• Prior experience leading or managing a team, with strong delegation and resource planning skills
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
