Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Engineering Operations (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering excellence initiatives, focusing on reliability and performance
• Coordinate efforts to meet Back-to-School 2026 reliability and performance targets
• Establish and track key outcome measures and maintain dashboards for metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams in software delivery
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and software development lifecycles
• Proficiency in using JIRA Plans for project tracking and reporting
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical trade-offs to diverse stakeholders
