Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, PPMO to provide leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives in new product development and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of project managers focusing on talent development and resource planning
• Lead enterprise-wide transformations and manage complex project interdependencies
• Utilize data to track project health and facilitate critical design reviews

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MS in life sciences or related field with a technical discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in diagnostics/medical device/biotech
• Strong understanding of design control requirements and product development life cycle
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485); global experience a plus
• PMP certification is a plus but not required
