Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Medical Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the program development workflow plan, ensuring all team members are informed of project status and next steps
• Oversee the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process and act as the primary client contact for project status and invoicing
• Manage and mentor Program Managers and Coordinators, ensuring effective team collaboration and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Project
• Willingness to travel as required by the position
