Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-skilled teams in assigned Agile Release Train (ART) and shield delivery teams from external demands
• Oversee the intake process, manage scope change, and ensure governance for program management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain data integrity in project management tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or related areas
• Extensive experience with Agile program management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in project management or Lean-Agile practices are preferred
• Experience managing complex programs, preferably with cloud-native technologies
