Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - CS Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage core Customer Success cadences, ensuring consistent structure and strong follow-through
• Drive coordination of key CS meetings and execution moments, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Build and maintain the CS operating calendar to ensure alignment across teams and visibility into priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution; MBA is a strong plus
• 6-8 years of experience in program management, sales operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM programs that improve sales execution and scalability
• Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery
• Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders
