Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale salesforce realignment program for a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff and program leadership to manage the salesforce realignment program
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan and roadmap across multiple workstreams
• Analyze workstream plans to identify interdependencies, risks, and gaps while facilitating cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in pharmaceutical salesforce programs
• Success in managing large, complex cross-functional programs within the life sciences industry
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Strong ability to synthesize multiple project plans into a cohesive integrated program roadmap
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
