Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives through the complete project life cycle, including new product introductions and go-to-market initiatives
• Design efficient business processes and drive best practices across all lines of business
• Define, track, and report key performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a program/project manager with a focus on leading change across multiple functions
• Experience in building and leading programs and projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including Salesforce.com
• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA, PMP, and/or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities is a strong plus
